OUR COMMITMENT TO DOWNTOWN
The genesis and development of Arcade Apartments came about as the result of a collaboration of many groups and organizations in the area such as the National Blues Museum, The Millennium Center, Webster University, and CityArchRiver – all working together to support local artists while revitalizing a historic section of downtown St. Louis.
