How does it work?
The system is simple:
- Pick the class you want using the Wellbeats kiosk.
- The trainer will show up on the large projector in the fitness room.
- Work out with world-class instructors.

You can choose from 20, 35, or 50 minutes classes. Wellbeats also offers workout plans that can last from 4-12 weeks to help you achieve your fitness goal. From Stress Relief to Pounds Off!, there are many start-to-finish programs to choose from. Haven’t worked out in a while? Wellbeats also offers beginner classes that generally increase in difficulty.
