Arcade Apartments, in the central corridor of downtown St. Louis, announced today that all building construction is completed and its leasing office is now open (Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sundays from noon to 4:00 pm.) Those interested are invited to visit during regular business hours and speak with a member of the Arcade team. Visitors are encouraged to phone ahead to schedule a personal tour of the apartment(s) they would most like to see.
Last week, construction crews finalized all work on the building, including community amenity spaces like the music studios, music practice rooms, paint studio, yoga studio, rooftop clubroom and theatre room. The Arcade is also installing fiber optic cable to facilitate ultra high-speed Internet service to residents. “We’re happy to announce that the Arcade Building renovation is now complete, our leasing office on 8th Street is now open to the public, and the first Arcade Apartment residents have already moved in,” said Jeff Huggett, developer at Dominium. “A great selection of one and two bedroom apartment homes are still available, and our knowledgeable leasing agents are available to show all 19 floors of this amazing building.” Prior to today’s official building opening, more than 130 of the artist and market rate apartments had already been reserved.
