ARCADE APARTMENTS TO OFFER MORE THAN 50 UNIQUE FLOOR PLANS

ST. LOUIS – Arcade Apartments, in the central corridor of downtown St. Louis, announced details of the historic building’s new layout following its extraordinary renovation. The building’s 282 apartments include more than 50 different floor plans. In addition, the Arcade’s 80 luxury apartments will feature 42 distinct floor plans; 24 are, in fact, one-of-a-kind. Pricing on the luxury apartments, while not yet finalized, will range from approximately $1,000.00 on the low end to nearly $3,000.00 on the upper end. Pricing for working artist apartments begins at $563.00.
“Because the Arcade Building is an historic landmark, Arcade Apartments is anything but cookie-cutter when it comes to its floor plans and each, really, has its own personality,” said Jeff Huggett, vice president and project partner at Dominium, the developer of Arcade Apartments. "In fact, many of them are truly one-of-a-kind.”
Arcade Apartments is not yet reserving apartments. Those interested are encouraged to visit www.arcade-apts.com to become an Arcade Insider and begin receiving updates and notifications ahead of the general public; they will be among the first to learn when pricing is finalized and reservations are being accepted.
Arcade Apartments is on schedule to open in December 2015. The $118 million renovation of the historic Arcade Building is the largest apartment renovation to be undertaken in St. Louis in decades. Designed to meet the needs of artists and those with an appreciation for the arts, residents will have access to more than 11,000 square feet of shared artist studio spaces and a 19th floor rooftop terrace and clubroom.
